Do you work with STR homes?
Yes! we love designing short term Vacation rentals.

What is your timeline for your designs?
Much of this will depend on the size of the project, if construction/remodeling is needed, and the timeframe required for any custom pieces. For a Digital Only Design you can expect to have all details in hand within 1-2 weeks.

Is there a Consultation fee?
Yes. We do ask for a retainer fee to be paid upfront to hold your space on our Calendar. If you book us for your job, this fee will get applied to your project. A Budget will be discussed at your consultation and we pride ourselves in staying within or below that!

Do I get final say on all purchases?
Yes, of course! Once the project is in motion you will get an initial proposal for design. All must be signed off by you!

What if I don't like the initial concept you offer?
This is something that should be avoided as we do a very thorough intake at our consultation. However, you can request any changes you need to throughout the process. Additional costs may be applied after the first initial agreement is made and order change orders are required

Will my Clients get discounts on furniture?
Of Course! That’s a huge perk of hiring a designer. We build trusted relationships with vendors so we can pass along savings to our clients. The savings my clients get on Furniture and Decor will help cover my Design fees.
